This 3rd-floor pool view 2BR, 2BA with partial ocean view from the terrace is light and airy. It has a brand-new queen bed in the master bedroom with twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plenty of patio furniture and a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure. It has all the basics you'll need to enjoy your stay in this gorgeous oceanfront community There are elevators in every building, 2 adult pools and 2 children's pools, and a lovely restaurant/bar on the beach with plenty of lounge chairs.
You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here. We will supply you with your first 5-gallon bottle of drinking water, a basic supply of toilet paper (a roll in each bathroom), hand soap, a small bag of laundry soap, and a small bottle of dish soap. You will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini-markets will deliver replacement 5-gallon bottles to the condo. There is a Renmark binder "Your Little Guide to the Neighborhood" in the condo that has some useful information including phone numbers of local restaurants, mini markets, hospitals, etc. Having "WhatsApp" on your phone will assist you in getting hold of us much quicker than via email. The binder also has our phone numbers in it for your reference.
I can't argue with any of the the glowing praise in previous reviews. We recently made two stops at Nine Flowers. As others have written, Nine Flowers is clean and comfortable in a really good location. But it is mostly the staff who went all out to make us feel like guests. Thanks again!
We had a warm welcome, wonderful rooms and delicious breakfast. Matthias gave us plenty of good ideas where to go, what to do and where to eat and we felt very welcome and home thanks to him and his staff. A nice glass of white wine in the garden made the setting complete. Thanks!
Stayed here for a week and found it to be a perfect base. A quick taxi ride to the beaches at Camps bay. A walk to the town centre and nightlife. A short stroll to local square for dinner. We went cycling each day, so it was ideal spot for a pick to get to ride Tokai, Table mountain and Blouberg.
Really good location- in walking distance to almost every spot in Capetown. Nice house with nicely decorated rooms, wooden floor, enough space to feel good.. Nice and good modded staff to help and fulfill your wishes - ask for the picknick basket and go to Signal hill- its really worth to try!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected in CASH at check out. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 10 PM. Any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours will be subject to a $30 US fee per event. Normal check-in time is after 3 PM and normal check out is by 11 AM, however, we are flexible unless other clients are arriving and/or departing the same day. The use of common areas requires full responsibility of the users. - Hanging of clothing, towels, or others from the balcony is not allowed (dry rack is to be used). No glass is permitted around the pool area, plastic only, please. High volume music or conversations is not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, at the two pools area, or any other common area. All music and other noises should be kept discrete not interfering with the tranquility of the condominium.
